Your HomePro Warranty extends into your mechanical systems and covers defects in any materials and labour that are needed for electrical, plumbing, heating, gas, air conditioning, and ventilation delivery systems.

The total policy limit for the 10 year structural defect warranty is the lesser of the cost between the home excluding land or $265,000.

In the case that your family is required to move out temporarily due to a structural defect, Progressive Home Warranty will cover their costs up to $150.00 per day to a maximum of $15,000.
