An architect on staff pays attention to every detail as the floor plans are created. This ensures that the home is built to code, meets all specifications, and is subject to accurate budgets and construction times for the convenience of our customers.

Who we are
Romaya Homes
Farkad Saaid
Grew up in St. Albert. He graduated high school in 1992 from St. Albert High and went on to study Metallurgical Engineering at NAIT.
In 2004, he built his first house in Castle Brook and many homes for sale in Edmonton and area followed in the regions of St. Albert, Sturgeon County, Morinville, Fort Saskatchewan, Summerside, Hamptons, and other acreages. Farkad still lives in St. Albert and has two girls with his wife.
Adil Dabagh
Is a civil engineer who graduated in 1994 from Baghdad University and became a member of the Professional Engineers & Geologists in Edmonton in 2001.
With Adil's strengths in design structure and materials such as wood, steel, and concrete and Farkad's expertise in product verity, color, design, and project budget, the team they create is the complementary, and skillful core unit that is Romaya Homes today.

A good finish will not only enhance the beauty of the design, but it will also protect it from premature wear or degradation.
Details in the home can be enhanced with crown mouldings, tray or coffered ceilings, and other products. The exterior of your home can be laid with stone or given a gas fireplace. We are constantly offering new products and materials as they become available to us!
